Beware they are out to ruin you! I have been making my payments on time even early but after a few months now all my payments are posting after a late fee is charged, does not matter when i pay it posts 4-5 days after my due date. I thought it was my fault the fist time but it is an ongoing problem and not on my end now i owe more in late fees then my original credit line. I will never order from them again, once was my lesson learned. Greedy company and *** customer service that does not want to help resolve the issue.

Simply Be - Beware!

I placed an order and got an email an hours later stating 1/2 my order was out of stock and they were sending the rest of the order. They didnt ask if I still wanted the other 1/2 of the order even though cancelled items and in stock items go together. I called and emailed immediately to cancel. They said the order hasnt gone though yet and I need to call back later but if its too late, it will go out (rather than them flagging it and making sure it doesnt go out or following up on their end). They are in London and I'm in Texas and they expect people to pay return shipping/take time off work (which costs me a fortune I cant afford) to go to the post office for their error - when all they had to do was email stating which items were being cancelled and ASK if I still wanted the other items. Now it is a huge paypal/bank/post office hassle! This is absurd and very bad customer service - especially when I call and they tell me to keep calling back to check and see if its in their system yet...they sent me an e-mail TELLING ME it was in their system and scheduled for shipping!
